Folk Palm House
Folk Palm House
The site is steeped in creative history, from Kodak’s largest photographic manufacturing plant in Britain to Whitefriars Glass who pioneered the first coloured glass, thus posing perfect opportunity for meaningful architectural intersections & inspiring interior re-interpretations. A similar concept in its time, back in the late 1950’s where Kodak build “model villages” (self contained communities built by businesses for workers and located close to the workplace), this gateway location presented a perfect opportunity for introducing a locally, connected community and inspired co-living lifestyle.
